Questions about an order

Your order is between you and the maker who made it. Open your order from the link in your confirmation email and choose Message the maker. If the two of you can't sort it out, Stallipop will step in from the same page.

Questions about a piece

Ask the maker on the piece's page. They answer in Stallipop and we email you.

Selling on Stallipop

Sign in to the app and go to Settings, Help and contact. A person at Stallipop will answer.
